BOARDING
All dogs must meet for an interview prior to any services. All history and personality forms must be specific with as much detail as possible. Only NON-aggressive dogs will be allowed. 
We will need medical documentation for our files.  Medical records should include their vaccination dates on Distemper, Parvo, Corona, Rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough).
All dogs must arrive in good health.
Flea treatments are a must and it is your responsibility to apply treatments before coming to our home.
You supply your dog’s food and necessary supplies. Beds are not necessary but you are more than welcome to bring anything that will make your dog more comfortable at our home.
All dogs must be spayed or neutered.
Establish all travel dates, and pick up/drop off times prior to your departure date.
Pick ups after 12:00 noon will be charged a daycare fee.
Pick ups after 8:00 PM will be charged another night.  No pick ups after 9:00 PM.
We understand there are issues out of our control (such as flight changes and weather) so please call to let us know if you will be late or times have changed.
Drop offs and pick ups must use side entrance, and please keep brief due to the excitement of other dogs.
All dogs must arrive on leash out of safety of the other dogs, and please try to keep barking to a minimum.

PLAYGROUP
Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Medical updates are needed for our files and needs updating every 6 months (Kennel cough vaccine every 6 months).
